All crockery and cooking equipment are provided and communal areas are cleaned regularly by Ox Living. There are two utility cupboards where you will have full use of the washing machines and dryers. Lots of parking is available on the driveway. Stunning garden at the back of the house. Secure bike storage available.

THE ROOMS 🛌
All rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair and lounge chair. ALL rooms have a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!!
For hygiene reasons, bedding will not be provided in the rooms.

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
