I'm looking for a housemate to have full use of the house and treat as their own. I'm often away, but enjoy socialising when I am in over a drink or food. All bills are included.
The house is situated just off Abingdon marina down a quiet cul de sac, close to the river. A short walk along the river takes you into town.
Happy to consider any length of rent, but long term is preferable. Happy to consider midweek only rents at a reduced rate too.
