Seeking two professional people who work out from home, to share our beautiful, well kept home in Abingdon, who value a clean living environment and happy to keep the house tidy. The house is calm and tidy and ideal for people who appreciate privacy and considerate living but also enjoy conversation and sharing meals occasionally.

You will have use of two living rooms, both have lovely Sunshine when the sun is out. There is one shared bathroom between the two rooms and a downstairs toilet and laundry. The kitchen is roomy with electric oven and hob and double fridge freezer and wine fridge. The home is central heated and we have solar energy.

We have our own ensuite bathroom.
We are at times away in Australia for a few months so you won't be sharing the house with us all year round. We are respectful of the LGBTQI community and you will be welcomed in our home.
South Avenue is a safe, quiet neighbourhood with easy access to Oxford via the A34 and has lots of off Street parking and one driveway space.
