Hello, I'm looking to share my home with a friendly professional female (Non-Vaping/Non-Smoking).
Large double room for single occupation, 3.5 by 3.5 meters, furnished with a single bed, built-in quadruple wardrobe, bedside cabinet and lamp, 2 chests of drawers, 2 book cases, a desk and adjustable chair, wall mounted mirror and arm-chair.
Shared facilities: kitchen/diner, lounge, fridge-freezer, washing machine, bathroom (shower/toilet), free on street parking/parking on driveway, and garden. It's a fairly quiet area and lovely to sit out in the garden when the weather is good.
Rent includes electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax (band C).
The house is near a park and cycle route; a short walk or drive to the centre; and 10 minutes’ walk from the River Thames. Easy access by car to Oxford (10 miles), Culham Science Centre (5.3 miles), Milton Park (4.5 miles), Harwell campus (7.3 miles) and Didcot (7.5 miles). Regular bus services to Oxford City and nearby towns.
