We are looking for a professional to share our beautiful 4 bed room house in Abingdon (Oxford OX14 ) from early May 2026 for a minimum 2-3 months with a possibility of extension to 9 -12 months.

You will have access to a, fully equipped common kitchen, very large living area (500 sft) and a south facing garden.

All the bed rooms are in first floor & you have below 3 options:

Option 1 - Double bed room with En-suite and a Dressing Room. Rent £1250/PCM

Option 2 - Double bed room with a shared bath room with another tenant. Rent £950/PCM

Option 3 - Single bed room with a shared bath room with another tenant. Rent £700/PCM

All the above options comes with one car parking space per room.

This is very residential area and super market like Tesco are within 5 mins drive distance or 15-17 mins walking distance.

Considering this is a short-term let, this setup is absolutely ideal for:
- Visiting academics
- Contractors or researchers
- Locals who are in the process of house move.

We are looking for respectful, professional individuals who are comfortable in a family-oriented environment.

We will ask for a standard references (address, income etc)

I am working locally as a scientist so viewing can be arranged only during evening on weekdays.
