This room is for single occupancy, females only. Regrettably because of the layout of the house, it is not suitable for shift workers.
The kitchen and bathroom are yours to share with one other lodger, so if the idea of a house share with 5 other flatmates fills you with horror, this room will be ideal! It is on the first floor at the back of the house looking out to tall trees. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.

The house is in North Abingdon, 5 minutes walk from the Oxford road with buses to Abingdon, Oxford, and Didcot with onward fast trains to London. The location is very convenient for Oxford, Abingdon Science Park and Culham as well as Milton Park and Harwell.

Abingdon is a pleasant old market town on the River Thames, with plenty of walks, social and sports clubs nearby, or a 20 minute bus ride to Oxford with everything cultural and academic that this great city has to offer.
