Room + private bathroom for cat lovers

I am a 36-year-old professional living in Abingdon with my 2 beautiful female kitties and a tortoise named George. I have a lovely room that has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser to use, or a desk that would fit in the room if home working space is needed. Though not an en suite, there are 2 full bathrooms in the property and one would be your private bathroom. There's room in the driveway for 2 cars to park, a lovely private garden, and a local shop, post office, pharmacy and chippy a 2-minute walk from the house.

I am someone who likes their own space and while I want to have a good relationship with my lodger, I also need time and space to myself and would leave you to yours.

One of the reasons I am looking for a lodger is to help out with my kitties on days that I need to be in the office. I have a long commute and would like to stay nearer to work 2-3 nights per week so am hoping, in exchange for reduced rent, to have someone who would be happy to integrate my cats into their lives. I don't expect someone to adjust their schedule to accomodate this; rather I would want someone who loves animals and who's happy to be around to feed them in the mornings and evenings when I'm away.
