We are looking for a 4th housemate to take a large, furnished double room with desk, wardrobe and bed in North Abingdon with two shared bathrooms.
Bills are not included but average £115 in winter (water, council tax, wifi, gas and electric).
There are good public transport links with walkable bus stops heading to Didcot and Oxford. Radley train station is a 20 min walk and there are cycle routes into Oxford too.
We have a garden and garage for storage plus a parking spot (currently taken but can be used for loading etc...). There is also plenty of road parking available.
