I retain the second bedroom and return at weekends, but I'm normally away during the working week, meaning you'll generally have the whole house to yourself Monday–Friday – offering much more privacy and space than a typical house share.

The house includes a large living/dining room, modern fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate shower and bath, and a comfortable furnished double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and wall-mounted TV.

Outside there is a private garden with decking and outdoor furniture, plus off-street parking on the driveway.

The property has convenient access to the A34 and is well placed for commuting to Oxford, Milton Park, Harwell Campus and Culham.

I'm looking for a clean, considerate professional who wants a comfortable weekday base and will look after the house as their own.
