I'm looking for one female housemate to share my 3-bedroom house with me.

I'll be living in the property full-time and will have my own bedroom. I'm looking for just one other person, so this will be a relaxed 2-person house share rather than a busy multi-person house.

🐾 A little about the puppy!

I have a new dachshund puppy, so being comfortable around dogs is essential. She'll be part of the household and will have access to the communal areas.

You won't be expected to look after her at all — she's completely my responsibility — but it would be lovely to find someone who likes dogs and doesn't mind having a little four-legged housemate around!

As she's a puppy (and a dachshund!), there will inevitably be some barking, whining and general puppy chaos while she's growing up and settling in. So I'm looking for someone who's genuinely happy living with a young dog rather than someone who simply tolerates them.

The house:

3-bedroom property
Your own private bedroom
Shared kitchen, bathroom and living spaces
One bedroom will remain unused / available for storage or other use
Just two people living in the house
Shared household bills
Puppy 🐶

Rent: £1000 per month
Bills: 50/50, on top of rent

I'll be living in the house myself, so I'm looking for someone who wants a comfortable, friendly home rather than a large house-share environment.
