This is the largest room at c 16ft x12ft. The house is a spacious 4 bedroom with lots of storage in North Abingdon. If you need to work from home then you’ve got the space to spread out, as there’s a separate dining room , plus a large shared living room with TV and TV package included. There is excellent fast broadband. There are no queues in the morning or evening for the bathroom as no more than two tenants share the two bathrooms, a washroom and three loos.

The rent pays everything so you know where you are each month. All bills are covered, plus you have a regular cleaner for shared areas and all the gardening is done. Lovely garden for barbecues in the good weather. Driveway or quiet road parking. Bike storage for cyclists. Handy for Abingdon Business and Science Parks, Milton Park, Harwell, Culham and Oxford.
