THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and includes a large kitchen/diner with two cooking stations, a large dining table, breakfast bar and TV. You will have use of a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and all crockery and cooking equipment are supplied by us. There is also a spacious separate living room and TV area with multiple seating in the conservatory. All communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. There is also a stunning back garden with secure bicycle storage. Parking is available on the driveway on a first-come-first-served basis among housemates.

THE ROOM 🛌
The rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a desk and chair, a double wardrobe, a bedside table, a standing mirror and a wall-mounted TV with Freeview available. All rooms also have a good-sized private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

Tenants will be required to apply for their council tax, but rest assured we will be covering the bill!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
