A large double room with plenty of space, especially good if you enjoy home workouts. This room is LARGE, so with the bed on one wall and the storage and desk on the other, there is loads of space in the middle to stretch out. It faces the rear of the house looking out over the hillside view and enjoys the morning sun.

The smallest room but still has everything you need including single bed, wardrobe, drawers and beside table. The most compact, but feature filled room is always popular so be quick if you want to grab this gem!

Well decorated to a high standard with modern fittings. This is somewhere you can enjoy coming home to each day with a large comfortable sofa and smart TV. The kitchen is large and provides plenty of storage. Fitted with bright but also energy efficient bulbs, we try to do our bit for the environment. There are two toilets in the house and a modern and stylish bathroom so there is no waiting around in the morning. It also has a powerful boiler to keep the house warm and cosy in the winter months and provides loads of hot water that never runs out for a really decent shower.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking nearby. It is a quiet area, popular with families, away from the noisy bustle of the center. It is close to the Beaumont Rd Ind Est and the Coffee Factory (but not too close) making it ideal for walking to work. There is also the retail park close to hand and the big Tescos and Aldi for food shopping.

This house would suit professional working people Aged 18 - 35. The existing housemates are all sociable working professionals.

We are a family business managing several properties across, London and the Midlands. Making sure you have a stress free and enjoyable experience renting with us is our number one priority.

Across the houses, all the housemates are young working professionals in full time permanent positions,. Most are in first jobs out of uni or an internship supporting their studies. Working 9-5, they like to keep active and often exercise in the mornings or evenings. Most people go away for the weekend to visit friends or on trips. But everyone is also very sociable and enjoys hanging out locally down the pub or with a beer in the back garden.
