You will have use of a full kitchen including a cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space and a dining area. All crockery and cooking equipment is provided and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living. There is also a living area with seating and a TV as well as a back garden. Parking available on the driveway and extra street parking.

We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
