It is situated in a highly sought-after area of Banbury, next to Oxford Road, which provides convenient access to the S4 bus route. The bus ride takes only eight minutes to reach the Bus Station, with just a short walk to the train station. Additionally, the house is a ten-minute walk from Horton Hospital.
