Peaceful and chilled out, looking for respectful, ✨️CLEAN ✨️ ideally female lodger.

I'm friendly, ideally I want to live with someone I can get along with. I don't care if you like going out and coming back at 4am on the weekends, so long as you are decent, courteous and keep the home a safe and clean environment for us both.

There is a rug, small double bed + firm orthopaedic mattress, and wardrobe with a small desk.

There is parking on street available out of working hours (free by the time you get home and leave again for work).

Lodger will need proof of income, security checks and, if you're from outside of the UK, I need proof of right to rent in UK.
