Premium double with en-suite

Although I am a live-in landlord - i split my time between houses and so approx half the time you can expect to have the house to yourself.

I am looking for a someone who is sociable who values living in a glorious large cottage with plenty of space for privacy. But must also accommodate my semi-professional bread baking commitments - when the kitchen / dining areas will be restricted (once a week on average - but a bonus if you enjoy baking)

A large premium double room with new en-suite available in a recently renovated Victorian cottage in central Bodicote. A luxury appointed room with muted colours, large sash window, new carpet and en-suite with under floor heating, rain shower, led back-lit mirror , heated towel rail and premium fittings.
Luxury open plan kitchen diner with wood burner , modern range cooker , breakfast bar , bread oven, espresso and filter coffee machines. Utility room , and full central heating. Large sitting room/library with dual aspect windows and private walled garden with rear access and storage.

Older person preferred, ideally quiet, responsible, financially independent and importantly clean and tidy.
