Double room close to station

Hi,
I'm looking got a housemate for my spare room.
Area - Grimsby, 5mins walk from the train station with the town just beyond and close quick access to the M40 junction as well so pretty ideal if you commute or work in the centre of Banbury (the hospital area is approx 25-30min walk if you work there).
The house has a garden which is pretty bare right now but I intend to plant some stuff including fruit and veg soon. Easy on street free parking.

Room: double bed, bedside table and large built in wardrobe with hanging space, shelving and mirror doors.
House, shared sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. All decorated to live in rather than blank white, this is a home rather than a place you exist.

In sitting room: TV with TV licence, disney+, amazon prime, wii and PlayStation 2, shelves of dvds and games for above plus shelving of board games nd jigsaw puzzles.

Kitchen: cooker, washing machine, space in fridge-freezer, dining table, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, waffle maker and toaster sandwich maker. All cooking and eating equipment provided but please bring own mugs/glasses.

Arwen - resident cat moving in next week, she is very sweet but as she's new she cannot yet go outside and may be bit nervous for a but.
Zoe (me) - age 29, work in environmental area in Banbury. I enjoy reading and watching films of the fantasy and sci-fi genre, board games and jigsaw puzzles. Outside the house I do ballet and just restarted horse riding.

Looking for a housemate who can also be a friend, hang out and watching films, play games or cook together while also respecting privacy and noise volumes. Ideally be female in a similar age range to me with similar interests.
No smokers, drugs, partying or excessive alcohol in the house.
