2 rooms available for women, in this super relaxed household.

The middle room has a comfortable single bed - this can be changed to small double or double if you would rather that. Plus there is a desk, chair, small wardrobe, underbed storage, bedside table and light, and a bookshelf if wanted. Bedding and towels can be supplied.

The back room has a comfortable double bed, desk, under-eaves storage, under bed storage, bedside tables and light, desk and chair. Hanging rail available. Bedding and towels can be supplied.

Happy to put picture hooks up and could add some more shelves too.

This is a shared house and garden so plenty of space, with 2 shared living rooms (one can double up as a guest room). The back garden has decking - lovely for sitting out on these long evenings!

The kitchen has a large fridge and large freezer, washing machine, gas hob, ovens, microwave, kettle, toaster and the usual utensils.

There is one family bathroom and a downstairs loo.

Plenty of unrestricted parking on the street outside the house. And room for bicycles in the garage.

Easy walk to Banbury Town centre, Horton Hospital, supermarkets and Banbury train station. Bus stop nearby. Over the road is lovely open parkland leading to the canal and walks.

Household is live-in-landlady plus 2 tenants. The house is getting a little more updating and gardening, though its already very comfortable.
