The house is in a quiet location with easy access to the village amenities and countryside. Benson amenities include - Co-op, pharmacy, 2 x pubs, cafe's, dentist, doctors etc, all a short 10 min walk from the house.

There's regular bus services to Wallingford, Henley, Oxford and Reading.

Plenty of off-street parking available and shared use of all facilities.

This is a family home so strictly no drugs, smoking or vapes.
