Hello, Nice weekday room available, Heyford Park area. Up to 4 nights a mid week. About 6 miles from Bicester town centre and 15 miles from Oxford. Use of well kept shared bathroom, kitchen and large rear garden. No lounge. Two cats resident.

It suits one person meeting this criteria:
needs a room up to 4 nights a week
with a permanent home elsewhere,
works full time, works daytime hours
doesn't have a van to park,
who is quiet, mature and responsible,
clean and well house-trained
able to pay full rent every week, including bank holidays, days off/away.
having a friendly disposition and acquiescent nature.

Here's a little more info for your consideration.

The returnable damage deposit is £200, paid on the evening you move in and given back on moving out. The rent is payable weekly, all year round and reviewed annually.

The notice to leave, for any reason, either way, is at least one week, ideally.

Smoking in the back of the rear garden. To avoid anti-social behaviour and for everyone's health and safety, you cannot enter the house under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The room is furnished, so no furniture or excessive amounts of personal belongings needed.

Overnight guests are not allowed

You may prefer using your own bed linen and you might find it more convenient to bring your own mug and saucepan.
