Due to a job move, my annex is now available again from 1st April. It is only suitable for a single occupant. Originally I built this for my daughter to have her own self contained space.
This is perfect for someone who wants more than just a double room to rent. Why pay £700 for a bedroom and then having to share a kitchen and lounge? You will have your own entrance into the annex., so none of the space is occupied by anyone other than you.
Its fully furnished, so the only thing you will need is your own bedding and a TV. if you have your own furniture then my property will not work for you.
There is also a second small second bedroom that contains a single bed, You will also have your own patio area, with table and chairs, allowing you to have some outdoor space as well. All bills are included in the price.
There is also off road parking for a small car, I am a 10 minute walk from a local Tesco Express, chip shop and Pub. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk from my home, and a 20 minute walk gets you to Bicester Village, the train station or into the main town.
Please contact me for giving me a little bit of information about yourself or if you have any further questions or wish to arrange a viewing.
