I have double room for rent in kingsmere. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed side cabinet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has been recently renovated.
You’ll be living with 2 professionals who don’t mind socialising but we work many hours therefore we’d appreciate someone who is considerate, calm and quiet.
The flat is immaculate so we need a clean individual who knows how to tidy up after himself and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
The room is £600 plus £600 deposit. All bills included but not tv licence.
