Large double bedroom to let in large 4 bedroom house with its own lock on door for security.

Located on the ground floor and comes fully furnished or part furnished if preferred. There are 12 rooms within this clean and tidy house in total, so lots of space!

Cloakroom (WC) located adjacent and newly refurbished large bathroom on first floor with loo, bath and electric shower.

The ground floor has 2 large reception rooms also.

Good sized garden, when the nicer weather arrives I will tidy it all up a bit and possibly install some feature lighting but currently is still nice enough to use with both greenery and stone area for table and chairs.

The garden also includes 2 nice sized storage sheds with locks and am happy for these to be used.

I am a single parent of two lovely, polite and well behaved children who spend half their time with me and half with there mother elsewhere (alternating weekends) so the house is quite often quite a quiet place. They are 9 & 12 yrs old and are both eagerly looking forward to welcoming a new face into the household!

We have one room on the 1st floor already let to a lovely young lady who I now consider a good friend. She has two cats who spend the bulk of their time in their room, but occasionally take a wander around and attempt to eat my nicely prepared dinner! They are both lovely and friendly 🐱


The area of Upper Heyford is great for walks, running and bike rides cross country, has a Sainsbury's very close, along with a bar, restaurant, pharmacy, salon, and is lovely and quiet in the evenings.
