The room is a lovely bright space with a double bed, large built in wardrobe and desk. It had two windows one far reaching views over farmland. It has sole use of a modern bathroom with shower.
The house is very much a family home, it is a modern 5 bedroom house on the edge of The new Heyford Park development. The owners live at the house. We are all professionals working full time, and one retired.
We are a very friendly household who all like their own spaces, but happy for a chat. There is a modern very well equipped kitchen, utility room with washing facilities and two living rooms.
It is an open plan house and we all make sure it is kept tidy. A cleaner comes once every two weeks to clean through all rooms and bathrooms. This is included in rent.
It is very suited to a quiet but friendly individual who likes nice surroundings.

It is generally a quiet house during the week, it can become lively when the family and grandchildren come over for high days and holidays. One daughter is a musical theatre performer and comes home for periods of time between shows.

There is a sainsbury’s two minutes away and the house is on the bicester bus route, you can get into Oxford from Bicester. It is approx 3 miles from lower heyford train station, and about 5 miles from Bicester North and Bicester Village train stations.

Be aware we do have a small lively puppy.
