Double room in spacious house

Large modern kitchen

I am looking for an easygoing somebody to join our household.

The bedroom is a good sized double on the first floor and can be either furnished or not furnished. The bathroom is large and situated opposite your room, across the landing.

The kitchen is large and modern and with plenty of cupboard space, washing machine and tumble dryer also.

The home has two large (approx. 6mtrs x 7mtrs) reception rooms one of which has a dining table in and located next to the kitchen.

There is a decent sized garden space with table and chairs and two large sheds should storage be required.

My home is generally quite quiet as I am not there very often. I run my own small business so am working a lot and spend time out most evenings. I have two very polite and friendly children (11+14) who spend 80% of their time with their mother but stay on Friday nights and alternate Saturdays. They are both very well behaved and respectful, not loud and manic like some! 🤣

My existing room mate is situated on the ground floor with his own wc. He’s has lived here for nearly 7months now and is a fantastic chap who is very clean, tidy and respectful.
