Hi all! I have a double room that is going to be available from the middle of July, located in Upper Heyford, Bicester. The property is a new build in a friendly village setting.
The room is a large double bedroom with a double bed with drawers, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a desk/chair (updated pictures coming soon).
The shared areas include the kitchen, downstairs toilet, sitting room & garden. The bathroom will be shared with one other lodger (I have an ensuite to myself). Cleaning of these areas are shared between everyone. On street free parking is available too.
The property is located walking distance from a Sainsbury's local. The nearest shopping centre is a 10 minute drive (Bicester) and it is about a 25 minute drive into Oxford. There is also a train station in the next village down, lower Heyford, that runs to Oxford/Banbury/Didcot.
The village also has a hairdressers, dentist, pharmacy, pilates studio, Gym, as well as two pubs and a restaurant. Local canal/countryside walks too.
I am a quiet, easy going individual and normally work away with relative long hours during the week.
I'm looking for respectable lodgers that are clean & tidy, who don't smoke, are easy to get along with, and preferably do not work from home.
Look forward to hearing from you!
