Quiet neighbourhood, very new and beautifully decorated. The house includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, and more.
It is a 4-bedroom home with a cozy living room featuring a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining table and chairs, a garden with outdoor seating and sun loungers, a hot tub spa, and free parking spaces.

Location:
Located in the heart of Kingsmere, within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, buses, the train station, and shops (Co-op, Marks & Spencer, Boots, Tesco, etc.).

• Bicester Village Outlet (13 min walk)

About us:
I am the owner and live in the property. I am originally from Brazil.
The other two housemates are professionals aged between 25 and 50.
Once this room is rented, there will be a total of 4 of us.
We are very easygoing and like to keep to ourselves.
We also have 2 lovely cats who are super friendly and sleep most of the time.
