The room can be taken for:
- Short term (maximum 3 months)
- Longer term (3+ months) but on a Monday-Friday basis only.
- Full time long term contracts (3+ months) are not being considered at this time.

About the space:
Large en-suite room furnished with king size bed and Emma mattress to rent for single occupancy (no couples).

The property is a modern 3 year old detached house with all amenities available for use including fibre internet, Netflix, kitchen appliances, washing machine, tumble drier etc. The living and dining area is open plan and includes a breakfast bar and large dining table, with bifold doors opening out to the garden.

We are in a small private gated development set back from the main road. Parking is available and we also have a garage for storage of a bicycle if needed.

The village has a bus stop, post office and small shop within a 5 minute walk from the house, with Bicester being a 10-15 minute bus journey, or 8 minutes by car.

About us:
We are a professional couple in our early 30s with an adopted shy cat aged 16 (we think!). We are easy going and like to travel, get out on our bikes, watch sports, cook and socialise with friends in our spare time.

Ideal housemate:
Clean, tidy and respectful professional or mature student who requires the room on a short term (maximum 3 month) or longer term but part time basis (Monday-Friday).
