It is ideally situated with just a 10 minute drive to the Bicester town centre and to the Bicester Village Outlet Centre, Bicester Shopping Park and a Tesco Supermarket/petrol station.

Just around a 5 minutes walk there are 2 local convenience stores, one being a Tesco Express, plus a local pub, A bus stop is opposite these stores and have frequent links to Bicester town centre and beyond.
