The shared kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and fridge/freezer space for each housemate and has all the usual kitchen appliances and is supplied with crockery/cutlery/glassware and everything else you need to cook with.

The comfortable lounge has 2 sofas and coffee table and leads into the dining room. Glass sliding doors look out into the secure garden, which has a table and chairs and additional seating area plus a small shed for use by the housemates.

The house is in a quiet, well maintained, residential cul-de-sac with no through traffic. It has parking for two cars on the drive and ample additional street parking along the property.

It is ideally situated as its just 1.5 miles to the Bicester town centre and to the Bicester Village Outlet Centre, Bicester Shopping Park and a Tesco Supermarket/petrol station.

Nearby shops are just a 5 minutes walk including a Tesco Express, plus a local pub, A bus stop is opposite these stores and have frequent links to Bicester town centre and Oxford and beyond.
