Room available in eco town for a lodger, with a private bathroom.
I work in London a couple of days per week and the rest from home.
The price includes bills.
Parking is available and there’s a bus which runs every 30 mins into town, cycling takes about 15 min.
Lodger would have to be ok with two cats around the house.
I am a sporty type and play a lot of tennis / golf / basketball. Would suit someone looking for a chilled house in a nice community.
Also available Mon-Fri if preferred.
Due to privacy no overnight guests permitted.
