Double room available in 2 bedroom apartment right beside Bicester Village Station.
You will be taking my spot and moving in with my lovely housemate, she is looking for someone who is neat, tidy and quiet.
The apartment is bright and roomy, the room is spacious and has a built in/walk in wardrobe.
There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
There is free parking beside the apartments.
Bills are not included they are usually about £150 on top of the rent, that covers everything, WiFi, gas, water, electricity, council tax etc.
We also have a great landlady who is helpful and friendly.
I am slightly flexible on move in/move out dates so please message with any queries.
The room will be unfurnished but I can discuss leaving you my bed and mattress (which are less than a year old) if badly needed for a good price! :)
