Our large self-contained annexe studio is comfortable and bright, overlooking our beautiful garden. It has a mezzanine bedroom, with a king-size bed. Downstairs is a living room with kitchenette. The kitchenette has an electric hob and microwave and fridge/freezer, (there is no oven, but there is space for a combi oven, and you are welcome to use ours in the main house). There is a separate bathroom, and a smart TV and futon in the living area. The annexe has bifold doors straight onto a decked area which will be yours to use.

There is off- road car parking and a place to store a bicycle.

Bladon is a quiet village near Oxford, there is a bus to Oxford and a 10-minute train to Oxford from the neighbouring village (Hanborough train station), there is also a cycle lane for most of the journey into Oxford.
We are looking for someone who will keep it clean and who is sociable and considerate. All bills are included in the price, as is high speed Wi-Fi. The annexe is suitable for one individual. (We would also consider short term lets of less than 3 months, at a slightly higher cost of £1000 per month)
