The Boring Bits:
We have one double room available from the end of August, although possibly sooner if required. £800 should cover rent & bills.

The house has a beautifully modern kitchen/diner area with:
Gas Hob
Electric Fan Oven
Fridge/freezer
Dish Washer
Washing Machine.

We have the following bills which are shared evenly on top of rent:
Council Tax
Water
Gas & Electric
Virgin Media with Sky Sports & BT Sports
Fortnightly Cleaner

The property also has:
Driveway space for three cars
Secure bike locking in the back garden
Front Garden
Rear Garden Patio
Spareroom for clothes storage.

The house comes unfurnished however we’ve sorted out the majority of everything you’ll ever need. You’ll only need to bring bedroom furniture however if you have items for the living areas we are open to re-arranging.

We also rent a council garage for larger storage, if you want to get involved this is optional.

We’re looking for someone who is capable of keeping the house clean to a good standard without being nagged.

Who we are:
Tom - 32, Motorsport Engineer who enjoys going to the gym, the great outdoors, cycling, music and going to the pub.

Sam - 32, Scientist who enjoys cycling, going to the gym, music and going to the pub.

We are both big foodies, veggies and vegans are welcome to!

We’ve got a decent bunch of mates around the City and would be keen for you to get stuck in with us to enjoy what the City has to offer.

The ideal candidate:
A young professional looking to make life-long pals with similar passions, hobbies and interests.

The worst possible candidate:
Messy, Lazy, Tories, Brexit Voters who spend their every evening locked away in their room.
