Bright and Spacious Double Room in Lovely Home

I am looking for a professional female to rent out my lovely spare room in Botley, West Oxford. The room is a spacious, light double, which comes furnished. You will be sharing the house with myself and will have access to the main bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the downstairs cloakroom. The lounge is stylishly fitted and backs onto a small pretty south facing garden. There is a shed for you to store a bike, if needed, which is accessed via a locked back gate.

The house is a 14 minute cycle to the city centre and there is a bus stop at the end of the drive with regular buses taking you into the city centre. We are a 5 minute walk away from West Way Square with local supermarkets, a florist, coffee shop, fish and chip shop and Taylor’s cafe (famous in Oxford!). We are also a short walk away from some lovely countryside walks and a very short drive to neighbouring Eynsham, which boasts a coffee shop with the most amazing doughnuts.

About me - I am a young professional looking for a housemate who is happy to sit down at the end of the day for a cup of tea, but who equally likes their own space. I love music, brunch, movies and sport (especially tennis) and would love to share my home with someone with similar interests. I value cleanliness and would like a housemate who cares about the home as much as I do, keeping it clean and tidy. I also quite often look after dogs, so a dog lover is welcomed!

The rent is £650 a month for a Monday to Friday let only, which includes all bills (council tax, WiFi, water, gas, electricity and tv license).
