I moved in last summer and renovated all rooms except the kitchen. It's a 10/15 minute cycle from Oxford station in a quiet residential area. The house has a kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a garage for bike storage.
I WFH so am looking for someone respectful and tidy to live with me. I'm not the most social person but would like to find someone I feel comfortable living with who'd maybe be happy to do the occasional movie night together or go out for dinner.
My bedroom has an en suite shower so you'd have sole use of the shower in the main bathroom.
