Bedroom, facing the garden

I’m sadly moving away from Oxford at the end of September, so I am looking to find a new tenant to replace me.
The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, two wardrobes and a nightstand. I have purchased a desk which I will be happy to leave in the room if wanted.
The area is quiet with a small shop opposite the house and a bus stop around the corner.

There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The two others in the house are very friendly and fun. One is a young professional and the other is a student.
Council tax is band C and we currently have an agreement to share the cost.
