We’re delighted to present two recently renovated en suite furnished rooms on Botley Road. Situated just a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 to town, the house is also ideally located close to both Aldi and Waitrose supermarkets.

The rooms are each furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, armchair, desk and bedside table. The bathrooms contain large showers, bidets and ample storage in either the mirror cabinet or drawers.

The kitchen is furnished with brand new oven, hob, air fryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Cutlery and crockery is also supplied. Each resident has ample storage in a room height cupboard.

All bills are included in the advertised price, including high speed internet (Starlink), TV licence, energy and water bills and council tax.
