I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, recently renovated 5-bedroom house on Botley Road, just 15 minutes’ walk from Oxford city centre!

The room is very comfortable, bright and pleasant to live in. It faces the garden, making it nice and quiet, away from any street noise.

The room comes fully furnished with:

* A comfortable bed
* A wardrobe
* A bedside table
* A desk, perfect for working or studying

The house is modern, spacious and a really nice place to live. It also has some great shared spaces:

* A lovely, recently renovated kitchen with plenty of storage
* A separate living room to relax in
* A dining room

The location is really ideal! The house is situated on Botley Road, just a 15-minute walk from the heart of Oxford, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and other amenities nearby.

In terms of transport and parking:

* Possibility to park a car with a parking permit
* Space to park your bike just opposite the house
* Oxford city centre is only a 15-minute walk away

I’m currently living with other students who are really friendly, welcoming and respectful. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and pleasant. Everyone gets along well and respects each other’s privacy and personal space.

The house is particularly quiet in the evenings, which is really nice when you want to relax after a long day at work or university.

As for me, I’m simply planning to move in with some friends, so I’m looking for someone who would be interested in taking over my room.
