Double Room in Botley - £675 pcm

We're a group of 3 friends living in Botley (1 chemist, 1 vet and 1 archaeologist) looking for a 4th housemate to join us in our rented house on Turner Drive!

We're looking for someone to move in from 1st December, although we're flexible on the exact date. Ideally, we'd like someone to stay long-term, as our contract runs until July.

The room is a furnished big double, £675 per month (bills on top), with access to a shared bathroom with a shower-bath.

We live in a modern, 2017-built house in a quiet residential area with no through traffic. The house has an open-plan kitchen and living area with sofas and a dining table, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have a large garage with space to store bikes and a patio. Central Oxford is just a 15-minute cycle away.

If you like pina coladas, running, cycling, rowing, plants, Mario Kart and chilled evenings around the firepit, then we're the house group you've been looking for!
