Please note: this is a MONDAY- FRIDAY let only.

The room has far reaching views as the house is located half way up a hill, in this lovely and quiet part of Oxford (Botley, west of the city).
All bills, fast Broadband, use of kitchen, washing machine and garden are included.

The bathroom is shared, and the toilet separate from the bathroom.
Free parking in the street easily available.
Bikes can be kept under shelter.


2 parks and lovely country walks nearby.
‘4’ bus stop literally only 200 yards away.
New and vibrant shopping centre with 3 food stores, restaurants, cafes and public library only 5 minutes walk away.
Aldi 5 mins cycling away.

Although I am a ‘live in’ landlord, I am often away, particularly during spring and summer.

Lodgers at this house tend to be independent, kind, open minded people, who are respectful of other people’s spaces and appreciate the ‘home’ feel of the house.
