The house is located a short drive into the city centre, with convenient bus links too. A short walk away to convenience shops making food shopping very easy.

The neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly. Currently lives 2 female tenant. In total, 3 people will be living in the house at any one time.

*The rent includes all bills, asides from the internet (£15) to be paid separately monthly.

The room is available around mid/end Sept.

No couples, female professionals and long term contracts preferred.
