Room to rent Acer Close - freshly redecorated

Spare room to rent in lovely Acer Close in Bradwell Village, with plenty of parking, it's very open and quiet, with lovely neighbours. Close to Burford, beautiful Bibury, Carterton and Lechlade - with the Cotswold Wildlife Park a few hundred yards away - you can hear the lions roaring!

The spare room and ensuite are now freshly redecorated - new grey herringbone carpet, down lighters on a dimmer, really nicely done. the bathroom is lovely, the shower has just had a new, bigger shower head and is really nice - but, unfortunately there is a but coming; the redone main bathroom does not have a shower, only a - very nice - bath, due to the huge cost of converting it, so I'll still have to use the shower - I've reduced the rent to reflect this inconvenience.

You'll have use shared use of the kitchen, with large fridge freezer and dishwasher, but it's a small one, and washing machine.

Would have no issue with you working from home, but no partners/couples please - but I will consider pets..

Happy to look at very short term rental, I'm new to this so I'm not sure if it'll work for me.
