We are looking to rent our lovely 3 bed semi in one of the best, most welcoming villages in South Oxfordshire. The village has 3 pubs, a pharmacy and two convenience stores and a lovely deli. It has beautiful countryside, perfect for walks!

We have lived here for two years and Chalgrove holds a special place in our hearts. 💕💕💕

The house has all the mod cons including 46 inch t. v, a beautiful office space, a driveway for 2 cars and plenty of street parking and a lovely large garden laid to lawn.

A fortnightly cleaner and gardener is included in the price. Rent is payable on the day you move in.

The house comes fully furnished (not including bedding, towels).

We are looking to rent to a maximum of two adults only (children welcome) for a maximum of 6 months. If you are needing shorter term than 3 months this will be considered but will increase the price by £200.
