Double room in townhouse

Furnished double room in my family home, has a double bed with bedding, wardrobe with drawers, a small bedside chest of drawers, small tv and dvd player.
Front facing room with parking space for one vehicle. Shower room currently not shared. I will clean the room and wash the bedding. Shared kitchen, garden with table and chairs, smoking ok outside not in the house. Use of the washing machine and clothes line in the garden, also airer inside.
I have one black cat , Dave, who isn't allowed in the bedroom and is usually out at night, depending on the weather He's pretty friendly and will tell you he’s never been fed, git! Big softie that likes company.
I work shifts and not in a lot, but want peace and quiet when I am. Im either reading, cleaning or watching a netflix series. I’m a bus driver and work for one of the local companies. I like the house clean and a little ocd ,so happy to do all of the cleaning, if you cook I will expect you to clean up after yourself though.
You’d benefit from your own transport as it’s a village location next to the Harwell campus, on the estate near the garden centre. It’s about a 20 minute walk in and out the estate, to the campus, no cut through. There are regular buses Monday to Saturday, but nothing on Sunday. Lovely pub (I’m told) in the old village, 20 minute walk and the garden centre also does food every day. Theres a small Morrisons on the campus with a post office and a sandwich shop, plus Dish, a collection of pop up food places thats sometimes has live music.
Its a pretty quiet location, you can hear the trade traffic in and out of the campus if outside, the road into the carpark is just over the fence, the usual neighbour noises, families kids and dogs.
