Double room in lovely flat

The view over the Chilterns from your bedroom window

We bought a nice little maisonette in Chinnor and spent a bit of time updating it.

We are a small (in size), but huge (in niceness) family of 3. We have a spare room that we rent out.

All bills included.

Friendly, chilled, but very clean and tidy. Social, but respectful of boundaries and expect the same.

- kitchen with all the usual bits
- room for rent is furnished with a TV, 1 big and 1 small set of draws. A built in wardrobe, and two large storage drawers under the bed.
- nice white bathroom.
- front garden / courtyard area. Usually slightly overgrown as I'm rubbish at gardening, but quiet and perfect for summer BBQs!

*Parking is on-street. But it's a cul-de-sac, with no restrictions.
