The room would suit a professional, contractor, or anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered.

The property benefits from good bus links to Oxford and surrounding areas and is within easy reach of Alpine Formula One. An allocated parking space is included.

Weekly cleaning of communal areas
Regular bin emptying

Weekly fresh bed linen

I take care of the general household upkeep and am looking for a considerate lodger who is happy to clean up after themselves, particularly in the kitchen and other shared spaces.

The room may be especially suitable for someone who works away from home during the week or already has a main residence elsewhere, although full-time lodging is also very welcome.

Rent Options

£400 per month inclusive of bills – Monday to Friday only

£400 per month inclusive of bills – Friday to Monday only

£550 per month inclusive of bills – Full-time, 7 days a week

£250 per month when two people share - part time i. e Monday Tuesday person 1 & Wedensday Thursday person 2. I would change the linen inbetween each person as stated.
