Double room large house in countryside by Abingdon

We live in a 6-bedroom house with an acre of land that we're looking to share with a new housemate. We've one double room ready to let now.

The upstairs room is furnished and has 2 velux windows with blinds. Currently there is a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, but we can adapt the furnishings to your needs. There is a bathroom upstairs which will be yours except when we have guests who would share it.

The house has a large living room, dining room and indoor swimming pool, all of which you're welcome to share with us. The kitchen has a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridges and freezers. There's also a separate utility with washing machine and dryer. All three bathrooms have powerful showers.

The location is just north of Abingdon, so easy commuting distance to Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot and Grove. The driveway has space for multiple cars.

Bills included - electricity, heating, water, internet and council tax. If you want to charge an electric car I'll bill separately at cost. We're flexible regarding full week or Mon-Fri.

We're both engineers with all sorts of hobbies! House rules are simply to be tidy and respectful for the property. We've got three young cats who are very friendly. There's plenty of space in the garden if you'd like a vegetable patch!
