Ensuite room in quiet spot near Abingdon

We live in a 6-bedroom house with an acre of land that we're looking to share with a new housemate. We've one double room ready to let soon - may be available a little sooner or later.

The upstairs room is currently furnished but you're welcome to bring some of your own furniture if preferred. Currently there is a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, but we can adapt the furnishings to your needs. There is an ensuite for your use. Note the room was recently carpeted - as shown in one picture, not the wooden floor.

The house has a large living room, dining room and indoor swimming pool, all of which you're welcome to share with us. The kitchen has a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridges and freezers. There's also a separate utility with washing machine and dryer. All three bathrooms have powerful showers.

The location is just north of Abingdon, so easy commuting distance to Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot and Grove. You'll most likely need abike or vehicle as the nearest bus stop is a reasonable distance away. The driveway has space for multiple cars.

Bills included - electricity, heating, water, internet and council tax. If you want to charge an electric car I'll bill separately at cost. We're flexible regarding full week or Mon-Fri at a reduced rate.

We're both engineers with all sorts of hobbies! House rules are simply to be tidy and respectful for the property. We've got three young cats who are very friendly. There's plenty of space in the garden if you'd like a vegetable patch!
