A large double room is avalable in this ground floor apartment located just off Rectory road which is just 2 minutes from South Parks, and also close to oxford Brookes (10min walk) and the hospitals (10min cycle) and close to the city centre (15min walk or 7 min cycle) .
All public transport links to anywhere in the country and airports is just across the road in St Clements.
The household itself is friendly, creative, out of the ordinary, with caring and loving people. There are 3 people currently sharing this quirky property,
There is 1 bathroom, with shower over bath.
The kitchen is an ok size and it comes with all the appliances and utensils.
The living / dinning room has 2 sofas.
The apartment also has a good size garden to the back of the property.

All bills are included, as well as a weekly general clean of the common areas. except cleaning products (toilet paper, detergents...)
